Financial Information
We make every effort to keep the cost of your child's dental care down. Our
fees are competitive with those of other pediatric dental offices. You will
receive written estimates of your child's treatment plan before scheduling
the appointment. Our policy requires payment in full at the time of service.
Insurance reimbursement for covered services is subject to maximum allowable
fees, deductibles, and co-payments. Your responsibility is estimated and
due at the time of treatment. It is also your responsibility as parent/guardian
to pay any remaining balance on your account after any and all insurance
benefits have been collected.
Insurance
We are a participating provider for Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental,
and Metlife. We DO accept other insurance plans, but you are responsible
for the difference between our fee and the insurance allowable fee.
Please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our
patients. We are not responsible for what your insurance pays on a
claim and we can only assist you in estimating your portion in the cost
of treatment. We at no time guarantee what your insurance will or will
not do with each claim.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks.
We do not participate in making payment arrangements. However, we do
offer information about a third-party financial lending institution.
New Location Opening in Fall
Our new office at Cedar Crest will be open on October 5, 2010.
